And there will never be a “last generation” of gun owners until after the government relinquishes its own. You’re a magical thinker. Guns don’t biodegrade, and you can’t uninvent them. People have been building their own guns now for many years. Look: http://ghostgunner.net

Frankly, you’re not dealing in the real world. 3D printers are already available to print metal. Plans for guns are already online. You can’t put the toothpaste back in the tube. If you want a safer society, that comes through socioeconomics, not disarmament by government force.

I have never heard so much dribble in all my life. Changing laws in Australia stopped the shootings. Moron. Which is the point. Once laws change, attitudes change. The point of banning a gun is not to remove every gun from existence. The point of a ban i too make it difficult and

expensive to obtain. Anyone can GET a gun if they really try or pay, even in England, or Japan. We jut don't because it's difficult an carries huge punishment. Th psychos shooting up schools re buying weapons at Walmart, or jut taking their parent.

Youre saturated with weapons and whilst any psycho can just buy a gun, take their parents/friends gun or rob a neighbor for their gun, it will never end. Psychos and people willing to kill you will always exist, armed civilians doesn't always have to exist.

Right, we’re saturated with weapons. So, it’s actually cheaper to buy guns on the black market here. Australia had one mass shooting and *voluntarily* relinquished their weapons. They haven’t had more same as the US hasn’t had another 9/11. Going from 1-0 is meaningless.

We have over 550 TIMES as many guns as Australia had and they’re unregistered. And again, Australia now has more than they did in 1996 anyway, yet no mass shootings.

550 times more weapons. Yes, it simply means it's going to be much harder, and take much longer than other countries. It doesn't make it impossible. Better to start now instead of waiting for the youth to grow up and just oust you gun tooters. You're on the wrong side of history.

How exactly are kids going to grow up and oust the gun owners without guns?

How? It's called politics. I'm sure you're familiar with it.

Replace every politician with one who will ban guns, and do you know what would happen? Nothing. If you want people not to have guns, just as with drugs, you do it through education. Otherwise, it’s a losing battle, just like the war on drugs.
