No. If two people want to voluntarily trade, no third party has the right to regulate or stop such interaction.https://twitter.com/prageru/status/969634647037620227 …

Ha! People writing words down on paper to not justify interfering with voluntary interactions. "I hereby state everyone give me $10 every time they have sex"

Voluntary actions between people are not equivalent to the same between corporations.

Individual morality does not change when individuals get together in groups.

A corporation isn’t a group. It can be 1 person.

Now were back to- individual morality and group morality should always be performed on a voluntary basis, without coercive interference on the part of ANY third party- including the state.

This isn’t a moral issue, it’s a legal one. Regardless, does your set of rules apply to, for example, hospitals? If you are diagnosed with cancer, and a hospital knows you’re a captive market and as such says “It’ll be $500k, or else you’ll die” is that coercion ok?

That is exactly why market competition is vital. Yes you have the right to charge whatever for a service, just as you and I provide NO SERVICE at all, which is worse than providing it for 500k. What if Joe never ever has sex, Can he force Mary to love him. Voluntarism > Force

Market competition doesn’t work unless there’s also the option to say “no thank you.” That’s what a “free market” is. We, the people, are “the market.” A free market, first & foremost, is a market that can enter & leave the marketplace at will. “Pay or die” is a captive market.
