Yeah they definitely are. Orange tips, obvious sound of lightweight plastic in the video, and the fact that the officers are holding 4+ in their arms with the barrel point up at them. I like to think they would avoid that last one if they thought they were real guns.

For what it’s worth, I have seen criminals paint tips of real guns orange to make the police think they were fakes. Hell, I’ve eve seen a 12 gauge shotgun stuffed into the shell of a Super Soaker.
