So the #Parkland shooter had police come to his house 40 times, was examined by a mental hosp. & put on a 72-hr psych hold but not admitted, was reported to the FBI in January & they “broke protocol” (no follow-up), & the cop on campus refused to engage him during the shooting...
But despite watching the system fail at every *possible* level to prevent this shooting, the answer is for that same system to institute new restrictions on the public to prevent the next one. Do I have this correct? Or am I missing something?
