Would the 14th Amendment not make a provision for States to decide on their own to allow or alter the Second amendment at per state level? Or am I reading that incorrectly?
I’m sorry if this comes across harshly, but that’s crazy talk. You’re talking about Minority Report. That’s a dystopian concept.Would the 14th amendment allow states to restrict freedom of speech, religious freedom, your right to trial, etc?
