Though banning them for everyone IMO is probably going further than necessary, generally speaking, why should anyone be allowed to buy a gun? I can see an argument for farmers living in bear country etc, but absent some practical reason, why should anyone need one?

A 19yr old shouldnt be able to purchase a gun.That doesn’t mean I don’t think they should be able to vote or join the military. Those are irrelevant to the issue. Care to respond to the actual point I was making or just want to cherry pick some part you actually have a response 4
