She’s talking about gun homicides as a whole. 2/3 of our gun deaths are suicides. That’s a mental-health issue. Mass shootings are a very small percentage of gun deaths, also a mental-health issue. Much of the rest (bulk) of gun homicides are not. They’re socioeconomic.
