The funny thing is that Progressives understand the fight for increase in rights. They live for it. So why is a gun owners rights different? Can they at least start to understand the intensity of the desire to protect their rights. Can we start the dialogue there?
I mean we have 16 million kids living in poverty. The wage/wealth gap is increasing at an insane rate. The drug war incarcerates millions and terrorizes mostly poor neighborhoods. Reagan defunded our mental-health infrastructure. Our society is built to benefit the rich *only*.
