You don’t leverage him. Which is why the whole premise is ridiculous. He seems to really believe that the alt right will help his cause and that appealing to them won’t do his campaign more harm than good makes no sense for chino hills.

That's not correct. "Universal Healthcare" is the long-standing term in common use. "Single-payer" is one particular kind of universal healthcare. In W Europe, only the U.K. and the Scandinavian countries have single-payer, but they *all* have UH at 12% of GDP or lower.
