"Peer countries" is nonsense wording. 100% of the countries with lower gun homicide rates have better socioeconomics, and vice versa. 100%. The thing that does *not* correlate (unless you cherrypick "peer countries") is gun ownership. It's socioeconomics.pic.twitter.com/1SAAaiIDa9
