This will kill the internet's free market. The *next* Netflix or other big idea will not get public exposure. The "free market" will not be able to decide good and bad ideas.

Whenever and wherever the market becomes anything less than free, it should be heavily and rigidly regulated (at minimum) or socialized. Period. Healthcare, oil, electricity, water, etc.
