Do you think people who are so obese that they are considered disabled should receive disability payments and living assistance (nurses/shopping helpers/etc) to help complete chores and daily living activities?

Sure! I’m not going to hurt them, but personally I’d rather not pay for services and/or financial compensation to people who could very likely do it themselves if they tried a little bit each day.
You're not paying for that. You're paying for tax cuts for multi-millionaires and billionaires.
And for yachts for insurance and pharmaceutical CEOs.
