FYI: That stuff's nowhere on the 'net. I found a few incidences of departments (not those mentioned) selling full-auto to other PDs. To buy full-auto as a civilian is almost impossible. It has to be manufactured before 1986 and you have to have a very difficult-to-get license.
I rather doubt the MP5s sold were over 30 years old. Which means they were probably sold to another agency.
