It's both. That was my point. It's about power, but they only do it to people they're attracted to. Remove the sex drive, you might remove the predation.

There are stagements/ phrases different from explicit statements and those are implicit statements. You don’t have to say something directly for it to be implied

I don't see how those things could be implied. Look at the language I used. I obviously blamed the predators, and obviously didn't recommend sterilization.
