That is NOT what the intel said. That is what the Bush Admin edited version of the report said. The original used phrases such as Iraq "could possess and "may" stockpile. They also said that the only WMDs that Iraq had were the ones under UN lock and key at verified sites

It has nothing to do with that at all. I know "The people" have no rights when it comes to my work. It would still endanger people if "the people" knew. In fact, I get the pleasure of dealing with PTSD and can't do counseling because I can't talk about it. Fun.

Thousands of Americans, hundreds of thousands of others, have died because of CIA complicity in Iraq alone. This isn't counting Vietnam, Korea, or many of the smaller skirmishes. They only happen *after* the public approves. Approval comes from CIA intel.

Steve, sorry that's the way you believe. I'm really trying to being honest here and telling you flat out that just not how it works. The bureaucrats and politicians really do pervert the intel for their own ends.
