I get what you're saying. But, the design never accounted for such high tech enemies and numerous enemies also. Also, keep in mind, that usually the intel is correct while our politicians pervert it for their own agenda. Just look at Iraq

That is NOT what the intel said. That is what the Bush Admin edited version of the report said. The original used phrases such as Iraq "could possess and "may" stockpile. They also said that the only WMDs that Iraq had were the ones under UN lock and key at verified sites
