That is the argument you are trying to counter? That I believe sheer number of guns is the *cause* of gun homicide? Nope. Then you are wasting your time. This is uniquely a cultural issue in the US & a country whose entire identity is wrapped up in their gun rights at all costs

If that were the case, you'd be able to find ONE COUNTRY with worse sicioeconomics and a better gun-homicide rate.

Let me ask you a question (as I continue to blow a rare sunny day in Seattle) are you OK with the current status quo? You are running for office & you will have to reconcile the clearly disturbing trend in mass shootings with needing to defend the rights of your constituents

I've answered every direct question with a direct answer. Did you fail to find a single country in the entire world with a lower gun-homicide rate and worse socioeconomics than the US? Yes or no? I'll answer you after you answer me. I've asked 4 times.

No, at least not from *that* small list. As an eloquent speaker you understand logical fallacies don’t you? And that even if such a country existed that had worse socio-economic status but a better gun homicide rate than the US, America is still an outlier here. No contest

Small list? The link I gave you was to every single country on earth that gathers gun and homicide data. Did you not look at that link? You're acting like Sherman now in regard to healthcare.

The spreadsheet? Among the other links you sent me too? First of all I am on a phone & secondly I don’t accept the value you place on these statistics but continue to defend the indefensible because isn’t that all you’re attempting to do here? Trying to defend US gun culture?

It’s the same tired arguments with flawed statistics

My statistics are 100% accurate as of 2012. You're calling the stats flawed because they don't meet your preconceptions.

It’s not that the data is flawed, it is your logic in trying to defend your position, that guns are of no consequence when it comes to measuring mass shootings in the US. Because that was the ORIGINAL topic of discussion & that guns are more accessible in the US than healthcare

I never claimed guns are "of no consequence." I'm saying the primary factors for gun violence *anywhere*, including here, are socioeconomic. And the good data I provided shows it both by comparison to the US *and* comparison between *any* other countries on earth.
