Sherman, they got the cop off by *intentionally* charging him with the wrong crime. For someone who screams about rights and how you hate government interference, you sure do excuse government killing people a lot.

It's not DAs. It's the system. Police and DA/prosecutors work together every day. If prosecutors go after convictions for cops, cops blackball them and make it impossible for them to do their jobs.
