That “undue burden” style argument presupposes you actually have a right to possess any gun you want without any regulation of any kind. Not even Scalia agreed with that. Don’t tell me you’re one of those permitless carry guys. Or “I should be able to own a bazooka” guys.
Boyer just argued on my page that corruption is good for democrats. No, the right to bear arms means a weapon for person-to-person utilization, not explosives.
