law can certainly moderate behavior wouldn't you agree ?, if someone fancied shooting others but couldn't get a gun they'd not be a gunman would they ? How many people didn't use cocaine tonight because law enforcement had dealt with their dealer ?
How can they "not get a gun" when we have a half a billion of them here? Do you know how many that is?
