My logic just showed you that law doesn't determine behavior. If it did, we wouldn't have shootings, because they're illegal, too.

law can certainly moderate behavior wouldn't you agree ?, if someone fancied shooting others but couldn't get a gun they'd not be a gunman would they ? How many people didn't use cocaine tonight because law enforcement had dealt with their dealer ?
