Just curious: Does no one else see the shadow under Al Franken's right hand (i.e. not touching), the empty air under his left, or the fact it looks like a staged joke photo?
And NY Post "rinse the taste of him out of my mouth"? Gee, that's not meant to give a false impression.
It's also potentially situational. How often was Franken around Playboy models? Did he believe women who pose nude are physical sex objects for him? Was her beauty what motivated his behavior?

Also, I'm a photographer. The shadow under his right hand doesn't indicate space below his hand. The camera has a flash mounted above the lens, so the light source relative to the lens creates that shadow. Looks like this:pic.twitter.com/SKLaglifpd

Indeed, and if the light came from the same spot as the lens there would be no visible shadow even if he were several feet away. But the amount of shadow under his palm is much larger than under his fingers, and both are inconsistent with being less than inches away.
