Let me dumb this down for you my guy.... the NRA was formed in 1871 by former Union soldiers who were pissed no one knew how to fire a gun- nothing to do w/ arming everyone. 2nd Amendment written in 1789/ratified 1791. Any questions?

Well that’s a stupidly contrarian reason to do anything, but okay. Facts matter bud. No one is running around stealing your guns. People want gun control.

To start- since you all love the 2nd amendment- a federal law, any law relating to guns should be federally controlled. There should be a national registry, mandatory wait, mandatory background checks, & gun show loopholes closed. That’s the start.
