The NRA relies on a strong anti-gun lobby for money. For 8 years, they made record money scaring the public about Obama taking their guns.
They rile up anti-gun Democrats on purpose to bring in more donations. And the Dems & anti-gun orgs bring in more money due to the NRA, too.
