I think it's pretty naive to think Obama, Bush, Clinton, Bush or Reagan didn't direct law enforcement, just less publicly than Trump.

No. They were denied temp parole by DOJ for period that ultimately included Trump Tower meeting. But they then got visa from State.
I'm an independent, to be clear, and I'd have never voted for Trump or Clinton. Ever. I'm just trying to be objective.
