The way we elect people altogether is backwards. We elect people instead of plans. Politicians should audition for an elected plan.

There's truth there. 2 other major hurdles: 1 There's no recourse when politicians don't do what they promise. Gerrymandering, they stay.

2 Media, owned by 6-7 corporations feeds a constant narrative, keeping voters ignorant of what plan's best in the first place.

No one has a comprehensive plan. That's part of the problem. At least not to deliver the step change needed. The plan has to be built with mass change management simultaneously implemented. No one is coming close to modeling what needs to be done.
