Yep,next I suppose is a statement on"poor people shouldn't buy things & sit at coffee shops"free WiFi access costs money,libraries R fewer.
It's not classism to assume people have a telephone before they have a computer and Internet.

Yes in some rural parts of the USA internet access is indeed harder & less plentiful than phone, but there,u'll find folks without either 1!

Wow you really do not understand how the poor live. A computer is needed for kids school work not a phone, computer for college classes.

Many up north move out of apts. To live in tents to save money to pay rent in the winter.
