I looked that one up and apparently he wrote something in a similar form and now it's constantly manipulated/retooled fraudulently.
Similar form, very different subject matter. He mainly wrote about tactics, rarely picking "sides". And his tactics don't really fit today.

Mostly he wanted people to infiltrate and change the power structure from the inside and often talked about running inside a party.
