Not "ok". Take out regulation, encourage competition through open pricing,reduce red tape, treat medicine as a commodity,prices will fall.
How? Healthcare can't be a free market. We are "the market" and to be free, we have to be able to enter and leave the marketplace at will.

We can't do that, because we can't decide when we'll get sick or injured, and therefore are a captive market when we need healthcare.
