Both good points. This isn't about the law. Rights are inalienable, which means the government doesn't "grant" them.

Rights are either respected by the govt, or violated by the govt. They can't be taken away, nor given.
And since Antifa isn't "the government" they cannot violate the Constitution, but they CAN violate RIGHTS and FREEDOM.
