One more time: That a gathering may be 'free speech' is NOT synonymous to that gathering being non-violent, non-aggressive, non-threatening.

Let's define terms: "Violent" means physical harm results. "Threat" requires a statement of intent. Agreed?

You avoided a ton of direct questions. Evasiveness is a form of dishonesty. Assault requires a threat. A threat requires statement of intent
