Some POC have made it their life's work to dialogue. Others choose not to, or are not able to. It is not your job to berate them for that.
People love telling me what my job is. My job is to do what I can to end racism. Knocking down statues isn't helpful. Dialog is.

But I'm the one who "talks down" to people, right? :) Statues are inanimate objects. Taking them down by force entrenches racism.
