Deporting people back to there country of origin is not inherently fascist. Interning them in camps or "cleansing" the population is.
So, FDR was fascist. I was referencing media coverage, not fascism.

Interning people in camps based on their heritage is fascism. So is jailing them based on their heritage, as we do today.
