It did provide access for people w/ pre-ex conditions though. And the stimulus helped prevent another Great Depression.

Voting on a bill (& getting her caucus to pass it) that then becomes law can save an economy (depending on what the bill says), yes.

She didn't write it. Just voted for it. You have very low expectations for elected officials.
