The ACA forced people to buy insurance who didn't want or need it. And not "everyone". Specifically, what'd Pelosi do to "fix the economy"?

It did provide access for people w/ pre-ex conditions though. And the stimulus helped prevent another Great Depression.

Voting on a bill (& getting her caucus to pass it) that then becomes law can save an economy (depending on what the bill says), yes.
