The Affordable Care Act expanded healthcare access. As for the economy, it was in free fall in 08 & people feared a second Great Depression.
I thought Republicans were delusional, but the Democrats of 2017 have redefined the word.The ACA forced people to buy insurance who didn't want or need it. And not "everyone". Specifically, what'd Pelosi do to "fix the economy"?

everyone is one accident or diagnosis away from "needing" insurance. uninsured er visits cost all of us WITH insurance in higher rates.

So? Forcing people to buy health insurance they don't want, especially with high deductibles, doesn't give them "healthcare" anyway.
