Yeah I mean "all" is certainly extreme, but we could get rid of probably 90% of our detention facilities (including jails)

A plea to a lesser crime than what they actually committed doesn't seem valuable to me. People have a right to trial.

Sure but I think there's a fair argument to be made for letting people make that call for themselves
