Well, in MY state, it's Republican political maneuvering that has rejected Medicaid expansion and kills 3000 Texans a year.
And in MY state - the most Liberal in the country - DEMOCRATS control the govt and just killed a single-payer bill. See the problem?

As I understand it, that bill was not a funded or "serious" bill. They are pursuing writing a bill that CAN be passed. And I hope they DO!!!
