ALL of us are HIGHLY flawed. Because we're people. If you don't know you are yet, give it time. You'll see it. My flaws may be different 1/2
from yours, but they're not WORSE, or BETTER. There's the rare sociopath, but everyone else deserves as many chances as it takes.

You're young. You'll see it. Racism is just like procrastination. The result is much worse, but inside the person, it's not much different.

But yes everyone is flawed and people deserve a chance to work thru that and overcome, but not everyone does and that's a fact of life

The reason so many don't, IMO, is directly linked to what we're talking about: Engaging. Success rate will go through the roof if we engage.
