Ya I just happened to be watching some Cynthia McKinney vids today & she talked about working with racist GA senators on several issues
I WAS a racist. So, that's all I need to know about how to change racists. It's been 20 years, but it's not even hard to not be racist.

Nobody wants to be treated poorly, including racists. And this idea that "they deserve it" is exactly how they feel about POC.

i went to college in Richmond, VA from upstate NY. I was in total culture shock when I got there.

1/2 ya she says she totally changed their hearts and that would have never happened with out attempting dialogue. And her coworkers

2/2 were all over her to not talk to them, and she was like "don't tell me who I can and can not talk to"
