Yesterday the House passed a bill that included "red flag" laws, which lets government to take your guns if someone even accuses you of being a potential threat.
More than half of the Republicans in the House voted for it.
are you going to change those Reps' ratings to F?

"But mental health!"
Gun laws that discriminate against people with mental health issues leads them to not seek help out of fear that they'll lose their ability to own guns.
So they still own the guns, and aren't getting mental health care.
Genius move there, gun-grabbers.

"But spousal abuse!"
What happens when an abuse victim who's used therapy to cope isn't allowed to get a gun to defend herself against her abusive ex who never got any mental health treatment?
Prepare for "this never happens" replies.
Most of us know someone this would affect.

I quit the NRA because of their ‘Ratings’ for politicians. They would give Republicans A’s and not rate Libertarians because they knew those A’s would have to be moved to C’s and D’s in comparison once you add Libertarians

That’s a rhetorical question, right? The NRA hasn’t actually defended people’s 2nd Amendment rights in ages. They grab low hanging fruit, fleece their supporters, issue sternly worded pronouncements, rinse, repeat.
They won't because the only thing our rights represent to them are chips to be negotiated away.

Aside from second admendment that would seem to be a due process violation
