    Learning Analytics need a clear VISION & defined goals to succeed, in line w/ org priorities. Why we collecting data? What's the purpose? THEN, what measurements do we need & how gather, store analyze, & make decisions based on it?

    Gamification is such a great way to learn assuming a high-quality game (not easy!). Progress indicators and scaffolded learning is a powerful combination. I believe is an example of that being used pretty effectively.
