It says those who signed Carter warrant are to be investigated for possible criminal violations. Does that mean Rosenstein might have to recuse since he signed one warrant?

Rosenstein might have to recuse from virtually all deputy AG duties if he’s under criminal investigation. #3 DOJ Noel Francisco clerked under Scalia and is quite conservative and very smart. We might get justice!
