Not convinced this kid had a gun. If he did, it’s there and will have his prints. It’s easy to prove. Or disprove. What a mess.

The still shot shows a gun in his hand. Unedited video shows he had a gun before tossing it. Body cam footage shows the gun on the ground where he tossed it. Police recovered the gun. And the reason cops were there was bc this 13 yo allegedly fired at a car.
