I have no intention of surrendering any rights. Birthright citizenship is not a right. Aliens are excluded in the statutory commentary .

Those who founded America were settlers not immigrants. There is a difference between people who wish to brave the elements to build a new country from wilderness and those who arrive to live off state hand-outs so that they can send what little they earn back to “their country “

The U.S. doesn’t either. The 14th Amendment does not say anything about birthright citizenship for those in the country illegally. In fact, it’s framers said just the opposite.https://www.cnsnews.com/blog/michael-morris/levin-completely-false-children-born-illegals-have-constitutional-right …

You know if we do away with it that Canada will follow suit. The flood gates will be YUGE for them.

So-called "birthright citizenship" is not in the Constitution. The 14th amendment was to guarantee citizenship to the children of freed slaves, NOT to the children of foreigners who traveled to this country to give birth so that their children would be citizens.

Mexico has birthright citizenship.

True, and that's why so many of them keep coming across the U.S. border to have babies within the last week of their pregnancy so they can establish citizenship for their babies and try to keep from being deported themselves. I lived in border towns for years and saw it daily.
