CNN continues to promote far-left writer Julia Ioffe after she lied on CNN earlier today, saying that Trump has "radicalized so many more people than ISIS ever did." She made multiple false claims during the segment tonight without any pushback from CNN (THREAD):pic.twitter.com/SCqnp7AW9u

Ioffe claims the majority of Trump supporters support racism. She offers 0 evidence to corroborate her claims.

Ioffe claims that Trump's national approval ratings "aren't great" Rasmussen, which is one of the most accurate polling firms in existence, released a new poll today that showed Trump's approval is 50%, and an all-time high with blacks.https://twitter.com/Rasmussen_Poll/status/1056946262690299904 …

A poll last week from NBC/WSJ, which is historically left-leaning, showed "Trump has reached record-high approval among registered voters, and Republicans are trusted by a wider gap than ever over Democrats to handle the all-important issue of the economy"https://www.dailywire.com/news/37476/nbcwsj-poll-trump-highest-approval-yet-republicans-james-barrett …

Ioffe falsely claims that Trump refers to the "media" as the "enemy of the people" Trump has repeatedly said that he is referring to "the fake news media" and *not* the "media"pic.twitter.com/rrPwPsmO0o

Ioffe falsely claims that Trump said "there were very fine people among the neo-Nazis & neo-confederates marching in Charlottesville" Trump said: "And you had people — and I’m not talking about the neo-Nazis and the white nationalists — because they should be condemned totally"pic.twitter.com/0Hruf3avff

Here's a link to the transcript: By the way, nearly the entire media, including right-leaning publications, get this wrong. How hard is it to find an accurate transcript and actually look at what he said and the context?https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefings-statements/remarks-president-trump-infrastructure/ …

Because of liars like this and
@davidhogg111 I am the proud owner of not 1 but 2 AR-15s this year having never owned one before.@NRA should have them on the payroll. Wouldn’t have done it if not for them. -
But now that you have them you'll see how useful they can be not to mention they are fun to target shoot with
-
If they half as much fun to shoot as they are to build it will be a great new hobby. I am actually getting ready to build a 3rd one so both my daughters and I have one. Thinking about going with a chrome receiver set and blue furniture.
-
If you make nice custom AR15s could make yourself another revenue source as well

That is true, because the place where I buy cigarettes is about two miles from the place that sells AR15s.
-
What does "location" have to do with ease of purchasing?? To buy a firearm, any firearm, you have to fill out forms, pass a background check, and (depending on state) undergo a waiting period of up to 10 days to pick it up. How long does it take to buy a pack of cigarettes?
-
30 seconds, I just bought a pack. No forms to fill out ...no waiting period....no background check.

Oh please. Who hasn’t run to Walgreens for a pack of Marlboro Reds and walked out with a new AR-15? Glass houses folks.
-
Are you saying I can’t go right now and be home in 20 minutes with a brand new ar-15?
-
Depends. Can take up to 3 days depending on your background check speed. You can, here in Texas, walk out right away if you have no criminal charges etc. It takes about 20-30 minutes.
-
It may depend where you live. In az a background check takes 5-10 minutes. I’ve done it dozens of times.
-
It takes that long for YOU. It is that quick for me as well. I used to sell guns, and for some it takes longer. Also the size of backlog on the fed website can make it take longer.
-
I’m aware of that. I asked if the op thought I couldn’t get an ar-15 in 20 minutes. I stated I can. Because I’ve done it. As has thousands of other people. Is my statement incorrect?
-
Not completely what you asked but if I’m wrong I can accept that too. Just proud that you are buying firearms regardless.
