    Could he have been warned of his actions even back then and advised to chronicle his activities in as benign a way as possible? Remember his father was meticulous and his mother a judge.

    Treat both Kavanaugh and Ford with respect, says Hatch. And they're talking about high school. But actually Kavanaugh has had troubling record over many years in white house and as judge. Why is that not discussed?

    Here is the thing: no matter how unpleasant this is for Kavanaugh, there is no getting around that you would have to get to hear from Mark Judge and some FBI investigation to clear him. He knows this so he stonewalls
