From personal experience dealing with customers face to face, that's a break down. He could've had a bad day and this just was the last straw. It happens. Hopefully he gets some help. But this has nothing to do with race.

Fr man especially during this time. Customers will act a fool, have attitudes and be rude even if it’s your fault. I’ve experienced that and they’ll be like I know it’s not your fault.. so then why are you acting a fool going off if it’s not my fault?

You never know what someone’s going through at home In their personal life and then trying to be calm and get yelled at. I’ve been there I’m strong but we have breaking points and half these jobs don’t care about us. It looks like he’s the only one there. He could be exhausted

Working in customer service is no joke. Some times those customers really hit that nerve. If I didn’t think of the consequences that would happen all those customers would be catching these hands because some of them are very disrespectful for no reason.
