    lol ain't that the truth. I call it " when my mind gets all up in a whole lot of mess it can't control and acts as if it should be there. Without a little the world will wear you out.

    My favorite thing about finally getting in bed all exhausted is the sudden burst of energy and laser focus on all the stupid things i've ever done in my life

    You are right. BigE and I have been at it 30 years ... we were never snappers though. We used to harbor ... still problematic - we've recovered though. btw, I got my black belt in Tae Kwon Do 20 years ago. Can't fight a pillow now but in my 30's ... 😉

    As far as forgiveness, spouses tend to snap on you, take out bad days on you, always stuff that has them saying I'm sorry and I forgive you. Thanks for your remarks though!

    Wow, dark place? Interesting way to put it. I've been married for 13 years and all we do is compromise ( I was ignorant about alot of things he loved, like MMA & because of compromise, I watched it & am a practicing martial artist.

    1st the show, we started having unmarried couples on b/c so many of them wanted advice. 2nd, : I have not found it to be that dark place u describe. 4 me it's a source of strength & support peppered w/ moments of extreme irritation. lol!

    I wonder how your show works? You don't have to be married? would you agree that marriage is nothing more than never ending compromises & endless forgiveness?
