If one must create his own truth or his own facts in the name of the 1st amendment,it will be logical that such a fellow must create his or her own way of spreading such. Lies should not only be unlawful when it is spoken to FBI or the a grand jury.
The First Amendment wasn’t drafted to protect the rights of people we want to hear, but rather to protect the rights of those we don’t. We are now at the very top of the slippery slope. This won’t end well.

No one should be speech police or truth police. Countless lies are told on social media daily. The essence of free speech, is the freedom to say what you want. No one is forced to read or listen.

Nobody ever had the right or freedom to say whatever he or she wanted. Were it to be so,there will be no offense such as libel or perjury. I suppose what you are seeking is not freedom of speech but the obligation on others to spread whatever you say.

The thing most ppl are worried about is being forced to like something and Having to say what is PC. We can accept something that’s not normal for us, but we don’t have to embrace it without being called bullies etc..On Twitter/social media that is what happens to decent people
